1. Financial: • To organize and conduct the training programs in cost effective manner.
2. Operational • To ensure proper planning for delivery of Basic Training Program (BTP) and Induction Training Programs (ITP) for all field employees.
- To independently conduct both ITP and BTP of respective divisions.
- To ensure Implementation of L & D Strategies in a time bound schedule.
- Handholding and doing field work along with the employees to coach them on various parameters/actions to be used in the doctors chambers as per discussion with state-heads • Selection of BOs for above field work should be as per discussion with Sales head/State-head • To understand and identifying the training needs during classroom as well as field training.
- To ensure all admin related provisions are made for the training sessions.
- To ensure proper implementation of the training programs as per the plan/schedule.
- Taking periodical feedback about the training programs for further improvisation.
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis,
career paths, joint field work and consultation with line managers • Deploy a wide innovative variety of training methods • Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them • Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary basis the TNA.
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices within the industry.
- Customer: • To coordinate with all the field employees for understanding the training needs and for improvising on the training experience.
- People: • Periodically updating the training modules of respective division under the aegis of HOD. • Practice of Customer-centric creative approach in L & D for aiding fast learning
