Role & responsibilities

- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and business objectives.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.

- Identify and approach recent customers and business opportunities.

- Visit customers, distributors, retailers, and other market locations as required.

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.

- Support order generation, follow-ups, and payment coordination.

- Conduct market visits and gather information on competitors, pricing, and market trends.

- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain customer data.

- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing and delivery.

- Learn and follow company sales processes, product knowledge, and customer handling practices.
