Key Responsibilities

- Classroom Training: Conduct engaging induction and upskilling programs for new and existing sales personnel.

- On-the-Job Training (OJT): Provide side-by-side coaching, floor support, and live feedback to improve conversion rates.

- Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with the right tools, objection-handling techniques, and product knowledge.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor training effectiveness through key metrics like conversion quality, pitch adherence, and agent productivity.

- Content Delivery: Implement and refine training modules tailored to telesales and inside sales environments.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 2–7 years of relevant experience in sales training, sales support, or inside sales enablement.

- Skills: Solid communication, interpersonal coaching abilities, and a data-driven approach to performance improvement.

- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with B2C telesales dynamics, CRM workflows, and continuous feedback loops.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
