We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead and motivate our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team
- Monitor daily sales activities and team performance
- Set targets and ensure achievement of sales goals
- Develop effective sales strategies
- Guide team members in customer handling and conversions
- Track leads, follow-ups, and sales reports
- Train and support team members to improve performance
Requirements
Strong leadership and communication skills
Previous sales/team handling experience
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to manage and motivate a team
Experience in education sales/admissions is an added advantage
Location: Kottayam, Thiruvalla, Pallikathodu
