Next Door is a next-generation real estate advisory platform helping homebuyers make smarter property decisions through verified options, market insights and personalised guidance.

We are looking for a Sales Team Lead to lead our Mulund sales team and drive customer engagement, site visits and sales conversions across the Central Suburbs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor and manage a team of Sales Executives.
- Set and track daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, site visits and conversions.
- Guide the team on customer communication, objection handling and closing.
- Handle key customer conversations and negotiations when required.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate lead/CRM management.
- Track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with management to achieve sales goals.
- Stay updated on projects, pricing and market trends across Mulund, Bhandup, Nahur, Kanjurmarg, Vikhroli and nearby areas.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales,



preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Prior experience managing or mentoring a sales team.
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Strong customer relationship and lead-management skills.
- Good knowledge of Mumbai's Central Suburbs real estate market is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and proactive.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
