About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Support Executive to support our sales team with calling, emails, follow-ups, coordination, and other sales-related activities. The ideal candidate is quick with communication, comfortable using AI tools, and has experience working with international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the sales team with day-to-day sales activities and follow-ups
- Make calls to prospects and customers and ensure timely follow-ups
- Send emails, follow-up messages, and other sales communications
- Assist with lead management, data updates, and sales tracking
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, etc. to improve productivity
- Research prospects, companies, and relevant business information as needed
- Coordinate with sales team members to ensure leads and opportunities are followed up on time
- Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Handle a high volume of tasks quickly and ensure timely completion
- Support the sales team with other requirements as needed





What We're Looking For

- Prior experience working with US, UK, Canada, or Australia markets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with calling, emailing, and regular follow-ups
- Fast and responsive, able to handle a high volume of activities
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
- Good understanding of basic online tools and spreadsheets
- Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups efficiently
- Proactive approach with good attention to detail
- Willingness to work night shifts from the office (regular morning shifts during training)

Someone who's fast, proactive, confident in communication, and comfortable working with international markets — able to move quickly between calls, emails, and follow-ups while using AI and technology to work smarter. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
