Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Sales Support Engineer based in Indore. The Sales Support Engineer will be responsible for offering technical support to customers, managing sales operations, and aiding in the resolution of customer inquiries. The role includes coordinating between various teams, analyzing technical needs, and providing effective customer service to ensure a seamless sales process.

Responsibilities The main responsibilities will include:

- Understanding the customer's application and selecting a product to suit the same.
- Leads Generation.
- Maintaining Customer relationships.




- Techno commercial offer preparation in line with customer requirements.
- Technically selling the company’s products to a wide range of Industrial customers
- Occasionally negotiating orders directly with the customer
- Studying Government RFQ's (Tenders) and preparing proposals in line with the requirements.
- Preparing and submitting technical documentation including drawings and datasheets.
- Maintaining information in the CRM
- Supporting Inspections at the factory against customer orders.
- Registering the company as a vendor with prospective customers.

Desired Skills

- Strong Analytical Skills to assess customer requirements and provide customized solutions
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in Sales Operations and a thorough understanding of sales processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering is required
- Prior experience in process control instrumentation or a related field is an added advantage
