In-house designers and jewellery stylists provide bespoke customization, maintenance, repair, and doorstep delivery to create highly personal pieces. Role Description The Sales Specialist will work in office at SHREE’s Hyderabad locations in a full-time capacity, supporting patrons throughout their in-store journey. This role involves greeting and engaging customers, understanding their preferences and occasions, and presenting suitable jewellery pieces and collections.

The Sales

Specialist will demonstrate product features, explain materials, craftsmanship, and pricing, and guide customers through selection, customization options, and purchase decisions.



Daily responsibilities include managing sales transactions, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with designers and stylists on bespoke orders, and ensuring displays are well-organized and visually appealing. The role also includes handling customer queries, providing after-sales support, participating in sales promotions, and contributing to store targets and overall patron experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction and confident presentation of products.
- Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on building trust, understanding patron needs, and resolving concerns.
- Demonstrated Sales experience, including consultative selling, upselling, and working towards individual and store targets.
- Exposure to Training or mentoring, with the ability to learn quickly and share product and process knowledge with team members.
- Basic Sales Management skills, such as tracking leads, monitoring conversions, and supporting store sales initiatives.
- Interest in fine jewellery, fashion, or luxury retail, with the ability to understand design, materials, and current trends.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and peak festive seasons, as required.
- Prior experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred; relevant education in commerce, business, or retail management is an advantage.
