Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor DSE performance, leads, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Generate recent customers and develop the assigned market.
- Support the team in customer meetings and vehicle sales.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management.
- Ensure proper follow-up and customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
