We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader – Sales to join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Drive team sales targets and ensure consistent performance.
- Monitor daily sales activities and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members.
- Conduct team meetings and performance reviews.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Prepare sales reports and share performance updates with management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.

Requirements

- 8–10 years of experience in the Banking or Insurance industry.
- Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Target-oriented with a track record of achieving sales goals.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
