Job Overview

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of marketing strategy, client engagement, and business development.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, executing sales strategies, and driving business growth. This position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, creativity, and a passion for sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through digital and offline channels.

- Generate leads via social media, SEO, email campaigns, paid advertisements, networking events, referrals, and trade shows.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

- Track lead conversion rates and evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation strategies.

2. Industry Engagement – Architects & Interior Designers

- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, and project managers.

- Promote the company’s products and services for ongoing and upcoming projects.

- Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and design expos to expand industry presence.

3. Product Expertise & Presentations

- Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s product portfolio.

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client requirements.

- Clearly communicate product benefits, applications, and value propositions.

4. Client Interaction & Relationship Management

- Engage with prospective and existing clients through meetings, calls, emails, and virtual sessions.





- Understand client requirements and provide prompt solutions and support.

- Build long-term professional relationships through excellent customer service.

5. Sales Process & Order Closure

- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiation presentations.

- Address client objections effectively and ensure smooth order confirmation processes.

6. Post-Sales Support & Customer Satisfaction

- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive post-sales engagement.

- Resolve client concerns and coordinate after-sales support when required.

- Generate opportunities for referrals and up-selling through relationship building.

Desired Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM platforms, and email automation tools.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

- Good presentation and negotiation skills.

- Strategic thinking with creative problem-solving ability.

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Familiarity with design tools will be an added advantage.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in any stream.

- Preference will be given to candidates with a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

- MBA will be considered an added advantage.

- Prior internship/project experience in sales or marketing preferred.

- Willingness to take ownership of end-to-end sales responsibilities.
