Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lighting solutions. Demonstrate product features, perks, and functionality. Handle inquiries, provide quotations, and process sales transactions.
Maintain the showroom’s visual appeal and ensure product displays are well-organized. Track inventory levels and coordinate with the stock team for replenishments. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
Address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
