We're looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team in Thiruvananthapuram.
What You'll Do
- Handle incoming leads through WhatsApp, phone calls, and other channels
- Speak with prospective students and understand their career and learning goals
- Explain our courses, curriculum, fees, and career opportunities clearly
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
- Convert qualified leads into course enrollments
- Maintain lead information and follow-up status in the CRM
- Meet monthly enrollment and sales targets
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams when required
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents
What We're Looking For
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Confident and comfortable speaking with students and parents
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools
- Previous experience in education sales, telecalling, inside sales, or business development is a plus
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome
Preferred Candidates from Thiruvananthapuram are preferred, especially those who can work from our office.
