Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, including engaging with customers, presenting products, handling inquiries, and closing sales. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, supporting promotional activities, and maintaining brand presence across offline and digital channels.

The specialist will prepare sales reports, monitor performance against targets, and provide feedback to improve strategies. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, supporting training for sales staff,



and ensuring a consistent customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess practical Sales skills with the ability to identify opportunities, present products, and close deals.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to support performance tracking and help develop other team members.
- Familiarity with basic Marketing concepts, including campaign planning, promotions, and social media outreach, is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Jaipur, manage multiple tasks, and meet sales and marketing targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for reporting and documentation; experience in textiles or retail is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience in sales and marketing.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
