Role Description The Sales Officer role at Bajaj Finserv is a full-time, on-site position based in Pathanamthitta district.

The Sales

Officer will identify and pursue sales opportunities, manage leads, and build strong relationships with customers and channel partners to drive business growth. Daily responsibilities include explaining product features and benefits, supporting customers through the application and onboarding process, and ensuring high standards of service and compliance with company policies.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for smooth sales operations, achieving assigned sales targets, and providing regular reporting on performance and market feedback.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with diverse customers and stakeholders.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to manage pipelines, follow up on prospects, and close deals effectively.
- Knowledge of Channel Sales to collaborate with partners, build networks, and expand market reach.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with basic understanding of retail or consumer finance products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant sales experience in financial services is an advantage.
- Comfort with fieldwork, local market travel within Pathanamthitta district, and working in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools; familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial.
- Fluency in English and local language, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
