Silky Smooth, a lingerie and innerwear manufacturing company based in Ghaziabad, is looking for a Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to help us expand our B2B client base.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new B2B leads for our lingerie and innerwear manufacturing business.

Identify potential Indian and international brands, retailers, wholesalers, and buyers.

Find and connect with brand owners, purchasing managers, sourcing managers, and decision-makers.

Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, WhatsApp, and other channels.

Introduce our manufacturing capabilities and generate genuine business enquiries.

Follow up with prospects and convert leads into meetings and potential orders.

Maintain a database of prospects and regularly update lead status.

Research new markets and identify potential clients for private-label and OEM manufacturing.

What We’re Looking For





Previous experience in B2B lead generation, sales, business development, or marketing.

Experience in apparel, lingerie, innerwear, garment manufacturing, or fashion will be preferred.

Strong LinkedIn and online research skills.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to independently identify and approach potential clients.

Candidates with an existing network of brands, buyers, retailers, or sourcing professionals will have an advantage.

- Most importantly, you should be target-oriented and capable of consistently generating current leads.
