Sales & Marketing Manager – IT

About the Role :

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive lead generation, sales growth, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, marketing, client-handling, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify potential clients, target markets, and new business opportunities.
- Generate and convert leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
- Handle client communication, meetings, negotiations, follow-ups, and relationship building.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Manage leads, opportunities and sales pipeline through CRM.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports as required.




- Lead and coordinate the sales and marketing team to support business objectives.

Requirements :

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
- Robust sales, client communication, client handling, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in lead generation and team handling.
- Good presentation, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, confident, and target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
