About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead sales and business development initiatives for Concept Cars and Caravans in Bhubaneswar.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, generating new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting the company's overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and lead-generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and closure.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities for the business.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and business commitments.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives to improve brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Leverage digital marketing channels and CRM tools to support lead generation and customer engagement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer requirements to identify opportunities and threats.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales/marketing team, where applicable.
- Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer, lead, and sales information in the CRM.

Experience
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in recent business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Candidates with experience in leading or mentoring sales teams will be preferred.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
- MBA in Marketing/Business Management will be an added advantage.
