Job Purpose To generate sales leads, attend customers, promote Honda two-wheelers, and achieve the showroom's monthly sales targets through showroom and outdoor marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend customers visiting the showroom and understand their requirements.
- Explain Honda two-wheeler models, features, prices, offers, and finance options.
- Arrange and coordinate test rides for interested customers.
- Generate new customer enquiries through phone calls, references, outdoor visits, and local marketing.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly and convert enquiries into sales.
- Promote Honda vehicles through WhatsApp, social media, phone calls, and other marketing channels.
- Conduct outdoor marketing activities in nearby areas, institutions, offices, shops, and residential locations.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, road shows, exhibitions, and customer events.
- Coordinate with finance and insurance teams to assist customers with loan and insurance requirements.
- Collect and maintain accurate customer and enquiry details.
- Update daily enquiry, follow-up, booking, and sales details.




- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Follow up with customers after delivery and support customer relationship activities.
- Monitor competitor activities, market conditions, and customer feedback.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Submit daily/weekly sales and marketing reports to the Sales Manager.

Required Skills
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation ability.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of local market and customer requirements.
- Ability to conduct outdoor marketing activities.
- Two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for sales and marketing activities.

Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree.
- Experience: Freshers can apply. Previous experience in automobile sales or marketing will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
