Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting B2B sales and marketing activities for IT infrastructure, networking, AV and related technology solutions.

Freshers with an MBA/BE background who are interested in IT sales and business development are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify potential B2B customers.
- Make calls, follow up with prospects and schedule client meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions.
- Support sales of IT hardware such as laptops, desktops, switches and routers.
- Promote networking and SD-WAN solutions.
- Support sales of Microsoft solutions and licensing, including Teams and Office 365.
- Assist in promoting AV and conference room solutions.
- Prepare quotations, BOQs and basic proposals with support from the technical team.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required.
- Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for customer requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
- Visit customers and attend client meetings when required.
- Maintain sales records and update the sales pipeline.
- Assist in achieving assigned sales targets.





Requirements
- MBA in Marketing / Sales or BE/B.Tech preferred.
- Freshers to 2 years of experience in sales, marketing or business development.
- Candidates with an interest in IT infrastructure and technology sales are preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, networking or IT products will be an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and develop sales skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits is mandatory.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Preferred Knowledge Knowledge of any of the following will be an advantage:
- IT Hardware – Laptops, Desktops
- Networking – Switches, Routers
- Cisco / HP networking products
- SD-WAN
- Microsoft Teams / Office 365 / Licensing
- AV & Conference Room Solutions
- Basic BOQ and quotation preparation
