We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing cum Recruiter – Fresher to support lead generation and IT recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Lead Generation

- Research and identify potential B2B clients.
- Use Apollo.io, Google, company websites, and other online platforms for prospect research.
- Build and maintain prospect databases.
- Identify relevant business and technology decision-makers.
- Support email and outbound prospecting campaigns.
- Track responses, follow-ups, meetings, and opportunities.

2. IT Recruitment

- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable IT candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidate profiles against job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal/client teams.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

3. Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
- Track:




- Leads
- Responses
- Meetings
- Candidates sourced
- Candidates screened
- Candidates interviewed
- Candidates shortlisted
- Coordinate with management, recruitment, sales, and technical teams.

- Skills Required

- Good English communication and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good internet research skills.
- Qualified email and phone communication.
- Willingness to learn IT technologies and recruitment processes.
- Valuable follow-up, coordination, and attention to detail.

- Educational Qualification

- BBA – Bachelor of Business Administration
- B.Com – Bachelor of Commerce

Candidate Profile

- Fresher / 0–1 year experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Interest in Marketing, Sales, Recruitment, and IT.
- Willingness to learn and work with targets.
- Candidates willing to work from the Chennai office are preferred.
