Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Analyst with robust experience in sales coordination, field sales operations, market analysis, and reporting. The candidate will work closely with the field sales and marketing teams to track performance, collect market insights, and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with field sales and marketing teams for daily/weekly sales updates and activities.
- Track sales targets, achievements, product-wise and territory-wise performance.
- Collect and analyze market feedback, customer requirements, competitor information, and sales data.
- Prepare sales and market reports and share insights with management.
- Monitor market trends, product movement, distribution,



and sales opportunities.
- Follow up with field teams for timely reports, updates, and required information.
- Coordinate between Sales, Marketing, Field Teams, and Management.
- Support the sales team with market insights and analysis to improve sales performance.

Requirements

- 1-4 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, Sales & Marketing, Field Sales, or Market Analysis.
- Valuable analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with field sales/marketing teams.
- Experience in Publishing, Education, E-commerce is preferred.
