Job Title: PCD Sales Manager or Executive Experience: 3–7 Years Industry: Pharmaceutical Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience & performance) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced PCD Sales Manager or Executive to expand our pharmaceutical franchise business. Key Responsibilities Business Development · Identify, onboard, and manage new PCD franchise partners across assigned territories. · Develop strategies to expand distribution networks and penetrate recent markets. Sales & Target Management · Achieve monthly,



quarterly, and annual sales targets. · Monitor franchise partner performance and provide ongoing support to boost sales.

Relationship

Management · Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, doctors, chemists, and distributors. · Address partner queries and ensure smooth business operations.

Market

Intelligence · Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market feedback. · Recommend new product launches and territory-specific sales strategies.

Qualifications &
