We are looking for a Manager Warehousing & Contract Logistics Sales who has strong experience in 3PL, warehousing and contract logistics sales.

The person will be responsible for finding new companies that need warehouses, 3PL or contract logistics services, approaching the right decision-makers, understanding their requirements, preparing a suitable logistics solution and closing the deal.

Key Responsibilities

- Find and acquire new customers for warehousing, 3PL and contract logistics services.
- Build relationships with Supply Chain, Procurement and Logistics decision-makers.
- Handle the complete sales process lead generation, client meetings, solutioning, proposals, negotiation and closure.
- Work closely with the operations team to develop suitable and profitable logistics solutions.
- Cross-sell services such as transportation, freight forwarding,



customs and other logistics solutions.
- Achieve assigned revenue and gross-profit targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Use an existing customer network in the relevant market to generate new business.

Required Experience & Skills

- 5–8 years of experience in B2B Logistics Sales / Business Development.
- Robust experience in 3PL, warehousing or contract logistics sales.
- Proven experience in new client acquisition and business closure.
- Good understanding of supply-chain and logistics solutions.
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Existing network among logistics, procurement and supply-chain professionals will be preferred.
- Ability to independently generate business and achieve sales targets.
