Role Description The Sales Manager – 3PL will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing recent customers, nurturing existing client relationships, Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, conducting sales meetings ,presentations and aligned with company objectives.

Location : Bilaspur-Gurgaon & Bangalore

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and contract negotiation.
- Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, particularly in 3PL services such as warehousing, and distribution.
- Proficiency in communication and presentation, with the ability to explain complex service offerings clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Capability in basic data analysis and reporting to track sales performance, forecast revenue, and support strategic decision-making.
- Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or 3PL sales, preferably in a managerial sales capacity.
