Sales Manager – B2B Sales Company: Payandserve Location: Anisabad, Patna Job Type: Full-time Department: Sales & Business Development : Payandserve is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive B2B sales and business expansion in the Patna Circle. The candidate will be responsible for partner acquisition, business development, team coordination, client meetings, follow-ups, and onboarding of new business partners for our digital lending and financial services segment.

Key Responsibilities: Drive B2B sales and partner acquisition in the assigned territory. Generate and convert leads through calls, meetings, references, and field activities. Conduct virtual/physical meetings and business presentations with prospective partners.

Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into active partners. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation → meeting → follow-up → onboarding . Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners.

Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and onboarding targets .



Coordinate with telecalling and operations teams to improve lead conversion. Identify new market opportunities and expand the partner network. Maintain regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance tracking.

Requirements: 2 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Channel Sales / Fintech / BFSI preferred. Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment. Ability to handle field visits and client meetings. Good knowledge of the local Patna market will be an advantage. Candidates with experience in digital lending, fintech, financial services, DSA, NBFC, or banking sales will be preferred.
