Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vasai Virar, for a Sales Manager.

The Sales

Manager will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets by identifying and connecting with potential clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and managing the performance of the sales team.



Daily tasks will include strategizing and implementing effective sales plans, conducting market research, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine sales strategies. Additionally, the Sales Manager will conduct training sessions, track key performance metrics, and seek ways to improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Robust leadership, teambuilding, and performance management skills
- Expertise in sales strategy, relationship building, and client acquisition
- Proven ability in market research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and general computer literacy
- Knowledge of the Fintech, Real Estate, or Financial Products industries is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Goal-driven mindset and ability to work under pressure to meet targets
