As an Area Sales Manager - Pyro Grinding, youll be responsible for growing our business by developing new opportunities and expanding relationships with cement producers throughout your territory. Youll combine technical expertise with commercial strategy to identify customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and lead opportunities from initial engagement through proposal development, contract negotiation, and project award.

Working closely with engineering, proposal, project execution, and service teams around the world, we partner with customers to solve complex operational challenges and deliver measurable results.





Your Responsibilities

- Grow sales of Fuller Technologies Pyro Grinding equipment, services, and engineered solutions across your assigned territory.
- Build long-term relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing recent business opportunities.
- Partner with customers to understand operational challenges and recommend technical solutions that improve plant performance.
- Lead opportunities from initial customer engagement through proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract award.
- Collaborate with proposal, engineering, project management, and service teams to deliver competitive customer solutions.
- Travel throughout your territory to meet customers, strengthen partnerships, and support key commercial opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer activity within CRM.
- Contribute to commercial strategies that support profitable growth and long-term customer success.

You Bring

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- Experience selling capital equipment, engineered systems, or industrial process technologies.
- Experience within the cement industry or other heavy industrial markets is strongly preferred.
- Background in technical sales, applications engineering, proposal engineering, process engineering, or a related customer-facing technical role.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating complex technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence customers at multiple levels.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple opportunities across a large territory.
- Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout North America.
