- Position: Sales Manager – LAP (10 Openings)

- Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (On-site)

- Experience: 5–8 Years (Mortgage / LAP / Secured Lending)

- Compensation: ₹10 – 13 LPA

- Ticket Size: ₹1 – 5 Cr

- Vertical: DSA / Channel Partners

What You Will Do

- Drive LAP sourcing and disbursement targets through DSAs, connectors, brokers, and direct sales.

- Onboard, train, and manage high-performing channel partners and real estate networks.

- Conduct preliminary credit assessments and manage the end-to-end file journey with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams.

- Ensure strict adherence to RBI guidelines, KYC/AML norms, and internal lending policies.

What We Are Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM preferred).

- Proven track record in LAP, Home Loans, or Mortgage sales within Banks, NBFCs, or HFCs.

- Solid network of DSAs, real estate brokers, and connectors in Mumbai.

- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales pipeline management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
