Relationship Officer/ Sales Manager - LAP

Location: Mumbai - Goregaon (East), Kalyan, Navi Mumbai & Thane

Experience: 1-6 Years in LAP, Mortgage, Home Loan, or Secured Lending sales

CTC: up to 9.5 LPA

Industry: NBFC / Financial Services

Product: Loan Against Property (LAP) - Retail Secured Loans

Channel: Direct, Connector & DSA

Key Responsibilities:

- Source LAP business through Direct, Connector, and DSA channels.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Acquire new customers and build a strong sourcing network.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and technical teams for smooth processing.
- Ensure timely documentation and compliance.
- Achieve assigned business and disbursement targets.
- Maintain robust relationships with customers, connectors, and DSAs.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-6 years of experience in LAP, Mortgage, Home Loan,



or Secured Lending sales.
- Preferred candidates from NBFCs and Small Finance Banks.
- Strong connector/DSA network and local market knowledge.
- Good communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to work in a field sales role.
