Sales Manager – Home Loans

About the Role A fast-growing fintech based in Gurugram is looking for a high-performing Home Loan Sales Manager to support and scale its home loan business.

If you have a strong understanding of home loan sales, excel at customer and partner management, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role offers significant ownership, growth, and leadership exposure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end to end sales cycle, including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and other external stakeholders.
- Develop a strong understanding of financial products across various banks and financial institutions.
- Track leads, manage sales pipelines, and maintain accurate sales reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns, product messaging, and sales requirements.

What We’re Looking For

- 4–6 years of experience in home loan sales or business development, preferably within the financial services ecosystem.
- Ability to take end to end ownership and drive results independently.
- Strong capabilities in client acquisition,



key account management, and channel partnerships.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Customer centric and solution oriented approach.
- Strong understanding of home loan products, processes, and financial solutions.

Educational Background

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration
- MBA from a reputed institution preferred

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
