Responsibilities

- Manage overall sales and business operations for the assigned territory and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, sub-dealers, and key customers.

- Drive primary and secondary sales, ensuring consistent business growth and market coverage.

- Lead and monitor the sales team, including daily field activities, targets, productivity, and performance.

- Identify current business opportunities, expand the dealer network, and increase market share.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.

- Ensure timely collections, outstanding management, stock planning, and inventory movement.

- Prepare regular sales reports, track business performance, and take corrective actions to achieve targets.

- Take ownership of the territory’s overall business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
