Work Mode: Field Sales Work

Position Description

We are hiring a Sales Manager Circular Fashion to oversee execution of resale events and ensure consistent sales performance, customer experience, and operational discipline. This role acts as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring that resale operations run smoothly, teams follow processes, and performance metrics are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute resale, field marketing and collection events by themselves
- Supervise and coordinate execution of resale & collection events and pop-ups
- Track recurring collection & sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue metrics
- Ensure display, pricing, and stock readiness as per guidelines for resale events
- Manage on-ground team (executives/promoters) and task allocation
- Maintain process discipline and adherence to SOPs
- Handle customer interactions and resolve escalations
- Coordinate with inventory, sourcing, and logistics teams
- Track inventory movement and stock availability at events
- Report daily performance and highlight issues or gaps

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Graduate / MBA (preferred)




- 3-5 years in sales management / field marketing retail operations / store management / sales execution / business development / event-management / any consumer-facing activations
- Ability to execute by themselves and also supervise resale operations, track performance metrics, and ensure process discipline across events
- Customer handling, team coordination, and execution of business operations activities with focus on conversion and experience
- Ownership of team output and execution quality
- Structured approach to managing daily operations
- Problem-solving and adaptability in rapid-paced environments
- Ability to guide teams and maintain discipline
