. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and construction companies and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and developers in the region.

· Promote and sell uPVC windows.

· Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into sales opportunities.

· Conduct site visits and product presentations for potential clients.

· Identify new business opportunities in construction and real estate projects.

· Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.

· Prepare and share quotations, product details, and pricing with customers.





· Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and project execution.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.

Required Skills

· Good communication and negotiation skills

· Basic understanding of construction materials or building products (preferred)

· Strong relationship-building skills

· Self-motivated and target-oriented

· Basic knowledge of Excel, email, and WhatsApp

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
