Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to join our architectural design office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating recent business opportunities, developing client relationships, understanding project requirements, and converting leads into successful projects.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication, negotiation, networking, and sales skills who is interested in the architecture, interior design, construction, and real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and develop new business leads through calls, networking, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Identify and connect with potential clients, builders, developers, real estate professionals, and corporate clients.
- Understand clients' requirements for architectural design, interior design, planning, and related services.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Explain the firm's services, design process, project scope, and commercial proposals to clients.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospective clients to convert enquiries into projects.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and commercial presentations in coordination with the design team.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate between clients and the architecture/design team throughout the sales process.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Track sales targets, lead conversion, and business development activities.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
- Explore partnerships and networking opportunities with builders, developers, contractors, property consultants, and other industry professionals.
- Represent the firm professionally at meetings, networking events,



and client visits.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Confident in meeting and communicating with clients.
- Ability to understand and explain architectural and interior design services.
- Strong follow-up and lead management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Professional presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, or similar software.

Good to Have
- Experience in architecture, interior design, construction, or real estate.
- Existing network among builders, developers, contractors, property consultants, or corporate clients.
- Experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Knowledge of architectural and interior design terminology.
- Experience handling high-value projects and negotiations.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
