ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales MIS & Inventory Executive to manage sales reporting, performance analysis, pricing documentation, Tally operations and inventory records. The role will coordinate closely with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse and Management teams to ensure reliable data, timely reports and effective stock control.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Prepare and maintain Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and periodic sales MIS.

· Approval coordination and documentation.

· Monthly sales target and achievement analysis.

· Sales meeting and performance reporting.

· Additional administrative and reporting work.

· Track daily sales movement and highlight data gaps or inconsistencies.

· Prepare monthly sales targets and Target vs Achievement analysis.

· Monitor area-wise, party-wise and product-wise sales performance.

· Support monthly sales reviews.

· Maintain sales data for management reference and decision-making.

· Maintain distributor, super-mart and market price lists.

· Coordinate with ASM, Sales officers, Sales representatives, Distributors and dealers for day to day sales activities.

· Act as a communication link between the sales team and management.

· Maintain proper records of sales related communication and instructions.

· Maintain records of approved price lists and related communication.





· Handle day-to-day sales related entries in Tally Prime.

· Maintain accurate stock records and monitor inward, outward and closing stock.

· Coordinate with Accounts and Warehouse teams for stock and transaction reconciliation.

· Prepare monthly sales meeting and management reports.

· Provide ASM-wise, executive-wise, representative-wise and party-wise analysis.

· Assist management with MIS, operational reports and data-driven insights.

· Collect Daily, Weekly, Monthly Sales report from the sales team.

· Monitor Sales target vs. actual achievement.

· Maintain records of distributor-wise, area-wise and product-wise sales.

· Prepare reports related to pending orders, Sales performance, and stock and market requirements.

· Maintain organized documentation and reporting records.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

· Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Sales MIS, Sales Operations, Inventory, FMCG, Distribution or a related environment.

· Hands-on working knowledge of Tally Prime and inventory modules.

· Strong practical knowledge of MS Excel.

· Valuable understanding of sales, stock, distributor and pricing data.

· Strong numerical ability, accuracy, analytical thinking and attention to detail.

· Positive coordination and communication skills with Sales, Accounts and Warehouse teams.

QUALIFICATION/EILIGIBILITY

· Graduate in Commerce, BBA, MBA or an equivalent discipline preferred.

· Candidates with strong practical Tally, Excel, inventory and FMCG reporting experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
