- We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

US/UK Experience is must at least one year in voice process.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Selling products and services using solid rebuttals to prospective customers.
- Performing cost-benefit analyses on existing and potential customers to meet their needs.
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customers through email leads (Warm Leads) and inbound calls (Hot Leads).
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Relevant industry/domain expertise in sales or Customer service for one or more industry verticals.




- All these responsibilities to be performed on an Inbound queue & Outbound calls (Night Shifts).

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

- Proven work experience as a Sales Rep.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Should be from a Sales Background
- Min 1-2 years’ experience in US Call Center / Voice Process (Night Shift)
- Graduates with minimum 1 year work experience.
- Candidates with more than 4 years please do not apply
