Ensure gallery is always presentable, clean, and welcoming.
Coordinate valet, security, and housekeeping staff.Ensure high standards of grooming, etiquette and service.
Manage and train hospitality hosts, gallery assistants, and support staff.Prepare duty rosters, briefings, and service SOPs.Conduct daily briefings and grooming checks.
Liaise with sales, curatorial, and marketing teams for smooth operations.
