Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive Lead Generation to generate and qualify potential customers for our solar panel and solar energy solutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, making outbound calls, handling enquiries, and scheduling meetings/site visits for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, online research, referrals, social media, and other channels.

- Identify potential customers interested in solar panels, rooftop solar systems, and renewable energy solutions.

- Make outbound calls and explain the company's solar products and solutions.

- Understand customer requirements, budget, and energy consumption.

- Qualify leads and maintain an updated database of prospects.

- Schedule meetings and site visits for the field sales/technical team.

- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

- Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/Excel.

- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth lead handover.





- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly lead-generation and appointment targets.

- Stay updated about solar products, pricing, government policies/subsidies, and market trends.

Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Solid lead-generation and follow-up abilities.

- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.

- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Basic understanding of solar energy/solar panels is an advantage.

- Hindi and English communication skills preferred.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Candidates with a background in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, Renewable Energy, or Solar will be preferred.
