About the Role

Sukhavas is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to drive real estate sales, manage clients, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on sales leads.

Handle client meetings and conduct site visits.

Promote and sell residential/commercial properties.

Build relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Handle negotiations, bookings, and deal closures.

Coordinate with the team for smooth sales operations.





Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of relevant Real Estate Sales experience is most important.

Graduation in any discipline.

Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Tricity real estate market knowledge will be an advantage.
