Job Title: Sales Executive – IT Recruitment

We’re looking for a driven Sales Executive to grow our client base and help us scale our impact in the IT hiring space.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and prospect new business opportunities with tech companies, startups, and enterprise clients

- Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and industry networking

- Conduct discovery calls and present tailored recruitment solutions to hiring managers, HR, and procurement leads

- Close deals and onboard recent clients for IT recruitment services (contract & permanent staffing)





- Collaborate with the delivery/recruitment team to ensure high-quality service and quick turnaround

- Track outreach and pipeline progress using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Apollo)

- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in staffing/recruitment, IT services, or HR tech

- Proven success in lead generation, client acquisition, and meeting sales targets

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong understanding of IT hiring needs (data engineers, software developers, cloud professionals, etc.)

- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset

- Experience using CRM and outbound sales tools is a plus

Nice to Have

- Prior experience in selling IT contract staffing or RPO solutions

- Network in tech/startup ecosystem or experience working with VCs and their portfolio companies

- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
