Experience Required:

- - For experienced candidates, real estate industry experience is mandatory

Salary:

- Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

- Experienced: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and manage sales leads for real estate projects
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Conduct property presentations and site visits
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Maintain regular sales reports and customer records

Ideal Candidate:

- MBA with Marketing specialization
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Good negotiation and convincing skills
- Willingness to work in the real estate sales environment
- For experienced candidates: 2–5 years of relevant real estate sales experience
