We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our Honda 2-Wheeler sales team at Uttarpara & Serampore. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales, good communication skills, and a strong customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers and understand their 2-wheeler requirements.
- Explain Honda 2-wheeler models, features, pricing, finance options, and offers.
- Generate leads through calls, follow-ups, references, and local activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure a positive buying experience.
- Coordinate with the finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Sales is mandatory.
- Experience in automobile, 2-wheeler, or retail sales will be an advantage.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and confident personality.
- Willingness to work towards sales targets.
- Valid 2-Wheeler Driving Licence (2W DL) is an added advantage.
- Candidates who are comfortable with field visits and local travel are preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
