Position: Sales Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: 25k-60k (+Unlimited Incentives)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team for our Haryana site.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle sales activities and customer enquiries at the site. - Generate leads and convert prospects into customers. - Attend and follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp and meetings. - Explain project details, pricing, location and other relevant information to customers. - Conduct site visits and assist clients throughout the sales process. - Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers. - Achieve assigned monthly sales targets. - Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and customer interactions. - Coordinate with the internal team for smooth execution of sales activities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales will be preferred. - Candidates with experience in property/plot sales are highly preferred. - Good communication and convincing skills. - Strong follow-up and negotiation skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and smartphones. - Should be comfortable working from the Haryana project site. - Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. - Freshers with solid communication and sales skills may also be considered.
