ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking highly motivated, energetic, and target-driven Field Sales Executives to lead direct merchant onboarding for Zapnow 2.0 across Delhi NCR. In this role, you will map commercial hubs and directly engage with business ownersincluding restaurants, cafes, QSRs, retail stores, and service providersto present and deploy our direct-ordering QR solution and FinTech technology stack.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Direct Merchant Acquisition: Conduct daily field visits to pitch, demonstrate, and onboard merchants onto the Zapnow 2.0 QR platform.

Territory & Lead Management: Map designated commercial areas across Delhi NCR, identify merchant hubs, and build a consistent pipeline of prospective clients.

¢ Consultative Pitching: Demonstrate how Zapnow's direct ordering QR technology eliminates high third-

party commission fees and boosts direct customer orders.

¢ Onboarding & Activation:



Assist merchants with account setup, app installation, and strategic QR placement at checkout counters to drive immediate daily volume.

¢ Target Achievement & MIS: Maintain accurate daily activity records on CRM, track pipeline status, and consistently meet or exceed monthly onboarding targets.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

¢ Work Experience: 1 to 4 years in field sales, B2B merchant onboarding, FinTech sales, or Cloud POS distribution.

¢ Industry Exposure: Prior background in selling QR codes, Soundboxes, POS systems, Payment

Gateways, or SaaS to retail/restaurant verticals.

¢ Communication & Negotiation: Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills in Hindi and local regional languages, with working knowledge of English.

¢ Mobility & Infrastructure: Must possess a valid driver's license, personal two-wheeler, and an Android smartphone.
