Job Summary The Gold Loan Sales Executive is responsible for driving the growth of the NBFC’s gold loan portfolio. The role involves proactive field sales, customer acquisition, relationship management, and occasional assistance with gold valuation at the branch.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Sourcing & Field Sales: Proactively identify and acquire new retail customers through open-market activities, cold calling, and localized community networking.
- Lead Generation & Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly business disbursement and lead generation targets assigned by the branch.
- Loan Assistance & Documentation: Explain different loan schemes, interest rates, and repayment options clearly to clients. Collect and verify KYC documentation to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Gold Operations Support: Assist the branch team with initial gold valuation (purity and weight verification using standard methods) and safe custody management.
- Cross-Selling:



Promote additional financial products offered by the NBFC, such as micro-insurance, NCDs, or personal loan referrals.
- Portfolio Quality & Recovery: Build long-term relationships with customers and follow up with overdue accounts to minimize Non-Performing Assets (NPA).

Job Requirements

- Education: +2/graduate or diploma in any stream.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of core sales experience in a Bank, NBFC, or BFSI sector. (Freshers with strong sales acumen are sometimes considered).
- Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
- Languages: Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory for customer interactions. Functional English or Hindi is an added benefit.

Assets: A valid driving license and a two-wheeler are essential for field visits. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
