Position Description

We are hiring Full Time Executives to drive execution of resale pop-ups and customer engagement activities across multiple locations. This is a field-based, event-oriented role focused on customer interaction, sales assistance, stock handling, and smooth event execution. The role requires individuals who are energetic, disciplined, and comfortable working in fast-paced resale environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Support execution of resale pop-up events across locations
- Assist customers with product selection, sales support, and basic queries
- Ensure proper display setup, stock arrangement, and replenishment during events
- Handle basic stock counting, movement, and coordination
- Capture customer and sales information accurately
- Follow event SOPs, reporting guidelines, and pricing instructions
- Coordinate with resale managers and inventory teams during events
- Escalate customer concerns or operational issues to reporting manager
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and skilled conduct during events

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education (preferred): Graduate (BCom, BBA, Economics for reference)
- 1-3 year of experience in sales Execution,



Field Marketing, Event management, Promotions, Retail sales, Surveys / field activations, Customer-facing operational roles
- Customer interaction and event execution with ability to support sales and on-ground operations
- Accuracy in stock handling, reporting, and coordination during high-footfall events
- Comfort with field work and event-based operations
- Discipline, punctuality, and reliability in execution
- Team coordination and learning mindset
- Energetic and customer-friendly approach
