Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our jewellery retail team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for jewellery and fashion, and the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Candidates with experience in jewellery showrooms, retail sales, luxury products, fashion accessories, or other relevant sales industries are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Present and explain jewellery collections, including gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery products.
- Provide accurate information about product designs, quality, pricing, making charges, and available offers.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery for weddings, festivals, gifting, and personal occasions.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain proper product displays and showroom presentation.
- Coordinate with billing,



inventory, and other showroom staff for smooth customer service.
- Follow company policies related to sales, customer service, and jewellery handling.

Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in jewellery retail, showroom sales, or a relevant sales position.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery products and sales processes.
- Presentable personality and professional behavior.
- Ability to work in a team and achieve sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in jewellery sales may also be considered. Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹12000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
