Job Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide excellent service.
- Assist customers in selecting bakery and food products.
- Handle billing and customer orders when required.
- Maintain product display, cleanliness, and availability.
- Support daily sales and outlet operations.
- Handle customer queries and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with the outlet team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, bakery, F&B;, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Responsible, punctual, and well-groomed.
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
