Role & responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads through calls, references, online platforms, and field visits.
- Contact potential customers and understand their HVAC/AC requirements.
- Follow up with leads, enquiries, and quotations to convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Schedule customer meetings and site visits as required.
- Promote the company's HVAC products and services to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, proposals, and order processing.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/customer information.
